About Us

Our work is designed to be practical, enjoyable and relevant, ensuring participants feel interested and confident, rather than overwhelmed or bored by dry, lecture-style presentations. We aim to help create stronger projects, healthier Country and more capable teams.

On Country

We provide practical, people-focused training and advisory support for native seed harvesting, supply and revegetation projects across Australia. Our work is grounded in on-Country engagement and shared learning.

Engaging

We meet people where they are.

Both geographically, and in terms of existing knowledge and experience. We take learning out of the classroom (or your onsite training-room) and into “real-world” settings, using hands-on demonstrations and practical examples.

While we work comfortably with western ecological terminology and project requirements, we equally value indigenous knowledge systems, language, and plant uses, and encourage knowledge sharing in both directions.

We prioritise accessibility, respect and genuine engagement

For around five years, we’ve worked alongside mining companies’ rehabilitation and community teams, Traditional Owners, ranger groups, remote communities and environmental consultants to strengthen native seed and restoration outcomes.

Two people are collecting seeds from a large Acacia in the Pilbara. One person is using a long stick on the tree's branches, while the other is using a white tarp beneath the tree to gather fallen seeds or pods.

Experience

Our experience is grounded in the Pilbara and Southern Goldfields, working across complex operational and remote environments. While these regions have shaped our practice, we are nimble and able to mobilise across Western Australia.

Tailored support

Every project and partnership is different. Whether you need targeted training or ongoing support, we tailor our services to you.
